Skyler completed his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University. He then went on to work as a group exercise instructor for the elderly. He later began working as a physiotherapy assistant for orthopaedic clinics before pursuing a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy degree at the University of Liverpool. During this degree, Skyler completed placements in community paediatrics and a stroke early-supported discharge team, going on to write his dissertation with a focus on stroke rehabilitation.

Skyler is passionate about exercise and living to the best of your capabilities. He uses a holistic perspective with clients and values building connections through collaboration.

In his spare time, Skyler keeps active through boxing, weightlifting, and running, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
