Kit completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen's University, where she also earned a Certificate in Disability and Physical Activity. As part of this program, she worked one-on-one with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities to develop personalized workout programs. Kit is certified in Adaptive and Inclusive Training, reinforcing her commitment to accessibility in movement and fitness. Prior to joining Balance Physiotherapy, she worked as a Behaviour Technician, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

At Balance Physiotherapy, Kit serves as a Physiotherapist Assistant and Front Desk Administrator, where she contributes to therapeutic programming while providing attentive customer service and administrative support.

Outside of work, Kit enjoys live music, being outdoors, and staying active, especially through volleyball and other sports. She also loves spending time with her family, friends, and dog!
