Health and Safety

Updated: August 1, 2023

Masks are now optional, but recommended at our clinic. We continue to be a mask-friendly clinic. Please speak to your therapist if you wish them to continue masking during your session.

What to expect when visiting

We continue to implement health and safety protocols which include:

  • Sneeze guards remain at the front desk

  • We change the treatment table linens after every appointment (sheets, pillow cases, blankets and towels) and sanitize each treatment table and each item of exercise equipment after use

  • Hand sanitizer stations are stationed throughout the clinic for client and staff use

Your screening and appointment protocol

  • Masks are no longer required in the clinic, although we remain a mask-friendly clinic should you wish to continue wearing one. Please bring your own mask if you wish to wear one in the clinic.

  • Please wash or disinfect your hands upon entering the clinic and again before you leave.

Monitoring symptoms

If you have tested positive for Covid-19, we ask that you return to the clinic only once you are symptom-free and have tested negative on a rapid antigen test. Symptoms include fever, new or worsening cough, running nose and difficulty breathing.

If you have tested negative for Covid-19 and are experiencing any respiratory or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you also call us and reschedule your appointments until symptoms have resolved.

We appreciate your cooperation as we try to keep our community safe and healthy!
