Heather is a graduate of College of the North Atlantic’s Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant program. She brings over 19 years experience working with individuals with both neurologic and orthopaedic conditions.

Heather works alongside therapists to assist in restoring clients movement and function by applying exercise and stretching using hydrotherapy. She has taken several classes through the Canadian Aquafitness Leadership Alliance (CALA) and is a certified Watsu®️ Practitioner, currently completing her Watsu®️ teaching certification with the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association (WABA).
