Brittany completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, and has developed a keen interest in neurological, pelvic floor and complex orthopedic rehabilitation. Prior to this, she earned a Masters of Science degree in exercise physiology research at Queen’s University and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University. Brittany has been fortunate to have several opportunities to publish her research. Her most recent research focused on the inclusion of people post-stroke in cardiac rehabilitation programs across Canada. She also co-authored a text-book chapter on exercise and abdominal obesity.
Brittany has a special interest in pelvic health and has completed postgraduate training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, including specialized training for people with neurological conditions as well. She treats a variety of conditions including incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum related concerns.
In her spare time, Brittany is an avid traveller and a proud dog mom! She enjoys yoga, hiking and leading an active lifestyle.
